SKMurphy has added a new Chatbot to our website. Our goal is to answer your questions from our content to help you grow your business.
New Chatbot Answers Questions from SKMurphy Website
Since late March, we have been working with Libraria to create a custom repository for the SKMurphy website content that a Chat GPT-enabled chatbot can use to answer visitor questions. The site now has 2200+ posts and pages comprising 1.8 million words. Therefore, we wanted to provide an alternative to the search box, but one that also limited its answers to the content on the site. Testing has gone well, so we are releasing this today.
For clarity: a chatbot is a computer program that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to understand customer questions and automate responses to them, simulating human conversation. Apple’s Siri, Amazon Alexa, and Chat GPT are well known examples.
